O2CMF – The Order to Cash & Credit Management Forum
The Order to Cash & Credit Management Forum (O2CMF) represents the evolution of O2C Lab’s long-established specialist forum programme. Bringing together the expertise, communities and topics previously delivered through the Credit Management Forum (CMF), Order to Cash Process Improvement Group (O2CPI), Fraud Prevention Network (FPN) and International Credit Forum (ICF), O2CMF creates a single professional community for Order to Cash, Credit and Finance professionals.
Building on nearly twenty years of supporting the profession, O2CMF provides members with a unique environment to network, share experiences, learn from fellow practitioners and industry experts, and explore the latest developments across Order to Cash, Credit Management, Working Capital, Process Improvement, Fraud Prevention and International Credit.
The Forum is open to Order to Cash, Credit and Finance professionals at every stage of their careers and meets six times each year, with members able to attend either in person or virtually.
Members are also encouraged to join the O2C Lab Forums LinkedIn Group and access the Member Hub, providing valuable opportunities to stay connected, access Forum resources and continue learning between meetings.
The Objectives of O2CMF Are To:
