Order 2 Cash (O2C) Process Improvement Group
The SAP User Group was originally formed in 1998 and has helped hundreds of companies who were implementing, upgrading or wanting to make better use of their systems.
The O2C Forum extends the focus and replaces the SAP User Group with a new format that covers the whole O2C cycle whatever system you use, whatever your future plans and challenges are. The forum is open to all levels of user.
The Forum meets quarterly and we hope you will join us in person. There is a facility to join the meeting virtually via Zoom. Please also visit the O2C Lab Forums LinkedIn group and keep in touch with the members and partners between meetings.
We also run Breakfast Clubs, roundtables, discussions and training between meetings. These are free and cover current hot topics and issues and are supported by our partners and subject matter experts.
Our web site provides a link to the members 24/7 with Info-HUB and also brings you the latest news.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE FORUM ARE TO:
