The aim of O2CLab / Forums International is to establish an unparalleled O2C and Credit Management community that enables credit professionals to cultivate and develop the essential skills and knowledge they need to ensure their future success.

O2C Lab / Forums International provide credit and industry forums together with focus groups. These forums provide opportunities for credit and finance professionals to meet and discuss key trading issues and challenges in their respective industry sectors. Our members also share experiences and opportunities, also and most importantly, discuss innovation and how they have secured success in their roles.

OUR INDUSTRY AND CREDIT FORUMS ARE NOT WEBINARS

In this world of virtual events, we want to make it clear that the Forums we run are not one-off Webinars.  Our forums are quarterly Face to Face and Hybrid events that are attended by credit and finance professionals. Membership is via an annual subscription however we do encourage first time attendees to come along free of charge.

The Team:

Laurie Beagle FCICM & Lynn Christon are the founding members of Forums International and have over 20 years’ experience in organising events across the UK & Europe providing best-practice, benchmarking, thought leadership and a platform for sharing ideas – all with the common goal of raising the standards across the Credit & Finance Industry.

With O2CLab acquiring Forums International in 2023 we now have expanded the team to include: Chris Sanders FCICM, Kerry McKevitt MBA, Jon Swan FCICM, Pam Thomas FCICM, James Edwards MCICM and Josh Dickens.

Each forum event covers the latest developments in the credit & finance industry with opportunities for key speakers to take the floor and deliver informative sessions that everyone can put into practice whatever their level within the industry. Our members are encouraged to put forward topic suggestions for agendas ensuring that time critical and cutting-edge topics are covered.
