Connected Finance – Where O2C and AP Come Together to Solve What Matters

Connected Finance brings together Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Credit Management and Order-to-Cash professionals for a day of honest conversation about the realities of working in transactional finance. Delivered jointly by O2C Lab and APA, this London event focuses on how teams can better understand each other’s roles and work more closely across the full finance process.
Through practical examples and real-world success stories, we’ll share best-practice approaches to implementation and show how a consultative, data-led mindset can deliver future-ready payment strategies.

Throughout the day, speakers will explore what AI really means in practice, the changing world of digital payments, recruitment trends in transactional finance, fraud risks, and how commercial cards are reshaping the way organisations manage spend. The sessions are grounded in real experience, designed to share practical insight rather than theory or hype.

Alongside the sessions, there will be plenty of time to connect with peers and join open discussions, including a lively AR/AP panel on the case for Connected Finance. Whether you work in AP, AR, Credit or wider finance operations, the aim is simple – to bring people together, share perspectives, and leave with ideas you can genuinely use.
